Our response time is 24-120 hours as times can get very busy so please be patient!

ORDERS:

Orders cannot be refunded once placed. If your package arrives damaged please contact us at weightplug@gmail.com or text 407-936-8303 with evidence! Any enquires about orders please feel free to email/dm us.

 If you placed an order and put the incorrect address and would like to change it. It would be a $10 fee to change your address. 

RETURNED ORDERS:

If your package is returned back to us due to insufficient address you will require to pay an additional $10.00 shipping fee to reship your order. If you would prefer a refund after your order is sent back you will receive a 50% refund!

If there is any issues with your package such as delivery, wrong address, package delay or stolen package please contact USPS not UPS!
